Our "Amazing" 2002 built 3 bed/3 bath villa, with a south facing pool over looks a conservation area, our villa is situated 10 minutes from Disney behind Splendid China, offering an excellent location for all the attractions and restaurants.
All 3 bedrooms are a good size with 3 having ensuites, all have a separate bath and shower.
We have a kitchen and breakfast bar area with a separate dinning area that will seat 6 comfortably; there are 2 large lounge areas that all have TV & VCR.
The private pool is in an enviable south facing position taking advantage of the sun throughout the day and is not over looked adding to your privacy and backs onto a conversation area. We have a large selection of pool furniture available with an extra large deck area making it easy for dinning outside.
Our villa is centrally located for the theme parks and golf courses, with Disney being only 10 minutes away.

The nearest shops and restaurants are situated within walking distance at the Formosa Gardens Plaza. You can access Walt Disney Resort within 5 minutes driving time of your vacation home.
