The lounge is a very comfortable room with patio doors overlooking the pool and spa; it is open plan to the kitchen, which has everything for your culinary needs. There is also a breakfast nook as well as a dining area. The utility room has a large washing machine and separate dryer. We have a master suite with patio doors to the pool area. En-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, bath, toilet and twin vanity sinks, there is also a large walk in closet.
The second double bedroom and the third twin bedroom, both have closets and drawers.
The second bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet with twin vanity sinks. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, and there is a door from the second bathroom leading directly to the pool area.
There is a large covered lanai for those who wish to have a break from the Florida sun, and plenty of sun-loungers.
The rear of the property is fortunate to benefit from a conservation area and an outlook to a tree line, which is great for added privacy for alfresco dining.
