This luxurious villa is situated on a private lot in the popular Sabal Harbour development. With a south westerly rear exposure overlooking lake, you can relax in the large screened pool (heated) area, and be wowed by the spectacular sunsets.

Our Villa is perfectly located in the Bradenton and Sarasota area; restaurants, shopping, golf, movies, and major connecting roads are only minutes from the villa. Pick between Stunning Siesta Key or Beautiful Bradenton Beach as either is just a short drive away. Other 'Must See' areas include Anna Maria Island, Long Boat Key & St. Armand’s Circle which are also easily accessed.
Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are within a 45 minute drive. These parks are usually less crowded than the Disney parks and offer attractions for both thrill seekers and nature lovers.
Kissimmee & the Disney Parks can comfortably be reached within 1.5 hrs so make for an easy day trip.

The landscaping & pool are maintained to the highest standards, which are tended weekly.

Location

Bradenton is situated at the southern end of Tampa Bay, a mere 30 miles away from the Tampa International Airport. This wonderful vacation spot serves as an access point for Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. The best beaches in the area include Bradenton Beach, North Lido Beach and South Lido Beach Park.
One of the most popular attractions in Bradenton is the DeSoto National Memorial on the Manatee River. This wonderful park is full of local history and has some great nature trails as well. There are also many golf courses and tennis facilities witinin the Bradenton area, boats, sailboats and jet skis may be rented from the marinas or alternatively hire a fishing boat to go deep-sea fishing.
